The construction of the road junctions will be completed in 2016-2017, so the Moscow Government is planning to open some shopping malls there.

According to the RIA Novosti, new retail facilities will be located in close propinquity to the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya, Vykhino, Timiryazevskaya, Nagatinskaya, Khovrino, Tushino, Tsaritsynskaya and Dmitrovskaya metro stations.
